Promoting international cooperation and peace
The Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center is one of six such centers around the world that works to develop current and emerging peace leaders.
Fellows at the Duke-UNC center earn a master’s degree in fields related to peace and conflict resolution at either university. The fully-funded fellowship prepares students to prevent and resolve conflict through academic training, field experience and professional networking.
Graduates from the Duke-UNC Rotary Peace Center program are among 1,100 Rotary Peace Fellows working across a hundred countries as leaders in national governments, NGOs, the military, law enforcement and international organizations.
